Hand carved soapstone oil burner with elephant design. 

Our soapstone is made in Agra, in a part of India famous for handcrafted stoneware as illustrated centuries ago by the intricate stonework on the Taj Mahal.

The craft techniques for making this beautiful soapstone product has been passed down from generations. 6.5 x 6.5 x 8.5cm Soapstone Our supplier employs 15 people directly and 35 skilled artisans who are effectively self-employed. The stone is a natural product which is sanded under water to produce the smooth finish.
