♻️ How Our Refill Drop-Off Service Works

If you're local to Ottery St Mary, Honiton or surrounding areas, you can now drop off your empty containers for refill:

Roberts - 13 Broad Street, Ottery St Mary (Next to our old shop in the heart of Ottery)Open Mon-Sat 9-5pm 

Step by step:

1. Bring your empty bottles to Roberts (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm)
2. 2. Clearly label your items with: Your name, Email address, Products you’d like in each bottle
3. 3. Place everything in a bag and tie it securely

We’ll then:

• Collect your items
• Refill your chosen products
• Email you when your order is ready for payment

Once completed, your refills will be returned to Roberts and ready to collect — typically the next working day. We don't deliver on Wednesday or Sunday each week.
