Eco Refills in Ottery St Mary | The Eco Boutique x Roberts

Something new (and very exciting!) is happening 💚

I’ve teamed up with a brilliant local business — Roberts (right next door to our old shop) on Broad Street Ottery St Mary — to make refilling and collecting your orders even easier!

If you’re local to Ottery, Honiton or nearby and used to visit our store whether this was for gifts or refills, you can now use Roberts as a drop-off & collection point for both your refills and online orders 🙌

Opening hours: 9-5pm Mon-Saturday 

How it works:
Any orders online click Roberts as the click & collect and you'll get a notification when it's in Roberts, Ottery ready for collection.

For refills:
🧴 Drop your empty bottles into Roberts (Mon–Sat, 9–5)
📝 Add your name, email & what you’d like in each bottle
🛍️ Pop everything in a bag, tie it, and label it clearly

I’ll collect them, refill your products, and send you an email to pay ✔️

Once that’s done, your refills will be ready to collect back at Roberts — usually the next day (or Monday if dropped off on Saturday)

It’s all about making low-waste living that little bit easier, more flexible, and accessible 💫

This is such a lovely way to support two local businesses while reducing waste — and I’m so excited to get this up and running!
