To use hair oil effectively, follow these steps:

Choose the Right Oil: Select a moisturizing oil for hydration or a sealing oil to lock in moisture. 

Pre-Wash Treatment: Apply hair oil to dry hair 30 minutes to an hour before washing. Warm a small amount in your palms and distribute it evenly, focusing on the ends. 

Scalp Massage: Gently massage the oil into your scalp to nourish and protect it. Avoid over-oiling to prevent dirt and bacteria buildup. 

Sectioning: Divide your hair into sections for even application. Pay attention to both the scalp and the ends. 

Leave-In Option: For a leave-in treatment, apply a light coating of oil after washing, or use it as a deep-conditioning mask once a week.
